Thank you for visiting and shopping at cleftPharma. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

All Orders are processed within 1 - 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipping.

International Orders

Our international orders are shipped with international couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. We aim to ship with the best courier for every country. Thus including tracking information and customs processing support. Therefore these shipping costs are more expensive than national shipping. Arrival of the shipment varies between 2 days to 2 weeks after shipping, depending on the country, the courier and possible delay at customs.


For international shipping, please always provide your phone number as well as your email address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

cleftPharma. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

cleftPharma is not responsible for legal compliance with customs, regulatory and other laws, or for payment of any taxes or duties due as required for importing into any specific country, unless specifically noted. 
CleftPharma will do our best to get your order to you, but cleftPharma is not responsible for processing or approval of entry or customs in the recipients country. Packages held by or denied entry by Customs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages denied entry may be returned to cleftPharma at our or the customers request, but both shipping and return freight is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Customers may need to pay the taxes or duties due to receive their order. If any taxes or duties due are not paid by the Customer, and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. 

Missing or Stolen Shipments

cleftPharma. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Damages

cleftPharma. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
